Summary: 
Branch split longitudinally revealing nest of M. aurifrons. The yellowish pollen provison has been formed into incomplete partitions. Note that the larvae are of uniform size, so presumably they developed from eggs laid at about the same time and probably after completion of the whole provision mass.
