Summary:
Long-nosed bandicoot (Perameles nasuta): thorax, lateral view. The animal had a large clinically detectable soft tissue mass (sarcoma) in the caudal abdomen. Radiographs of the thorax revealed a mixed pattern of increased pulmonary opacity, histologically identified as metastatic sarcoma throughout the lung.
