Summary:
Ptisana oreades. This species is found along the Queensland coastline from Mackay to Cape York. It is common in the Wet Tropics rainforest of northern Queensland. Two other native species have a restricted distribution on Lord Howe Island (Ptisana howeana) and Norfolk Island (P. salicina).
