Summary: 
Tower karst limestone, Palmerville, north-east Queensland. Part of a series of limestone outcrops stretching from north of the Palmer River to the Mitchell River in the south. This series of outcrops supports several small endemic land snail species and one very large camaenid, the Palmerville Bicoloured Snail, Hadra brunodavidi.
