Summary: 
Distribution and relative abundance of rabbits in the North and South islands. High density: populations that invariably increase to carrying capacity if left uncontrolled. Medium density: populations that occasionally reach carrying capacity and require some control. Low density: populations that seldom increase to carrying capacity and normally require no control.
