At the southern end (marked B) are two other magpie territories (white circles) where skirmishes occasionally occurred. The surrounding grey circles indicate other territories. Some species permanently share the territory with the magpies (e.g. horses, sheep, dogs, humans and other avian species). X, regular visitors (such as migratory birds arriving and staying for the entire breeding season); Y, regular visitors but not on a weekly basis or for any length of time; Z, occasional visitors or transients.
