Figure 5.2: Traditional Owners from Wunambal Gaambera Aboriginal Corporation in northern Western Australia burning their lands on an annual fire walk aimed at applying fire to the landscape replicating traditional methods of ground-based spot ignitions while travelling. Participants use long-burn matches to light spot fires as they travel across the landscape during a week-long camping trip.
